Why Ganguly dosent want Flintoff? He should avoid personal resons now,he (Ganguly) should be matured enough, Fintoff is very very good allrounder,bowl,feild,bat very well,still he dosent want in the team,i think he should be dropped if he is bossing the team and team owner SRK,he will be paying Fintoff good amount of maoney,for team Fintoff will be a boon.

What could be the reason???What is your opinion,plz reply.

Then thats a good news,because if he is making orders,wishes and not ready to sacrifice for the team,he should not retained as a captain (IPL).Secondly he is not in a good form in all forms of cricket.

Already they will be including two more teams in 2011 edition,so the tournamnet lenght is definately going to increase.

I have to disagree. He played with a lot of strong headed and dogged personalities like Afridi and Symonds. Gilly didn't do a better job either.

The fact is, Laxman was a crap captain. For example, Deccan Chargers could have easily one their first game vs Kolkata Knight Riders if he was smart enough to see that they were taking easy singles then he would have made his in-ring fielders close in.
