Day 2 - 2nd Session

Hall gets his third wicket after the lunch break. He bowls a ball right in the block hole and its too good for Powell.

Only Bell is putting up a fight now and he reaches his fifty after being stuck on 49 for about 20mins.

But he doesnt last much longer as the introduction of Patel into the attack pays dividends.

Warwickshire stutter to 119/5 at tea.

I was hopeful for a decent match, Warks started very well (apart from the suicidal runout).

Day 2 - 3rd Session

Just 3 runs are added to the total before Patel gets his second wicket.

Warwickshire then collapse completely.

First Troughton is bowled by Hall.

Streak is next to go, without scoring.

The Giles edges to Jones as Warwickshire lose 3 wickets to 3 different bowlers without adding to their score.

Not long afterwards its all over for Warwickshire as Saggers (coming around the wicket) bowls Anyon for 4. Warwickshire are 137 all out.

Kent have a difficult 5 over spell to face before the close of play. They finish the day on 28 without loss. Denly on 17 and Key 7.

Key and Denly add a further 60 runs before Denly edges to Frost and Kent are 88/1.

van Jaarsveld joins Key and the crease and soon Key makes his half century.

Frost takes another catch almost immediatley afterwards to dismiss van Jaarsveld. Thats 7 catches for Frost in the match now.

Hall also fails to make an impression and Giles bowls him out cheaply.

Kemp replaces Hall and decides the best way to deal with Giles (who is getting bundles of turn) is to attack. He soon blasts his way to his half century.

With 2 balls to go before lunch, Key decides a lead of 350 runs is sufficient and declares with the score at 188/3.
