Okay guys, I had to finish my last sign-up story because ICC stories are difficult, so I am starting a new sign-up story with Cricket 2005.

Roberts Given The All-Clear To Be Lancashire Manager​

In a shock turn of events inside Old Trafford, former England manager Matthew Roberts has been named as the replacement for outgoing Lancashire coach, Dave Whatmore. Roberts, who won the World cup and 3 Ashes series' as England coach, has dramatically opted to join the team who he played for in his playing days. In an interview with the 'The Guardian' he says that he has enjoyed his time with England, but he felt that his time was coming to an end at international level.

"I really enjoyed my time with England but the pressure of the media is just too much nowadays, and I felt that I needed a change into something more quiet and calm." stated Roberts

"I played for Lancashire for almost 20 years and to coach them is a dream come true"

Roberts has also stated that he wants to sign up some fresh young blood into his side, and any budding young cricketers should fill out this form.

Surrey Captain Hameed Ahmad moves to Lancashire

Former Surrey captain Hammed Ahmad has signed a contract with Lancashire today ahead of the new season saying that He needed to change teams and mix with other community's. He said "Hopefully my season here will be great i hope to make friends at try to be the Captain. I am sad to leave surrey but am hopefull to join Lancashire.

The Allrounder has a record for leading teams into victory road and hopes to become captain. Hameed has had a lot of experience after playing for Gloucestershire, Ireland, Surrey and now lancashire. He also plays for Pakistan A.

He left surrey with a bang as he smashed 123 in the last game. He now joins lancashire for the rest of the season.....
