Your Cricket Left Arm Fast Bowling

Work on some slower balls trust me I went down the nets by myself and worked on an off cutter variation with an old ball for hours on end

I found myself coming back into my second spell and getting belted everywhere by a batsmen who was on 40 odd i bowled the off cutter and it gripped easy catch to point

Also work on a good bouncer and a good yorker if your tall or quick enogh luckily i have both. I was opening to a batsmen who had scored 3 Centurys in 5 matches i bowled a loosner got whacked next ball line and length for the rest of the over

Next over i pushed in an ACCURATE bouncer (i stress that point because if you can put it on his nose anyone will be uncomfortable) which he just avoided followed by an inswing yorker to the left hander getting him out lbw for 7. He was the best batsmen in our comp

to answer your question about Wasim, at tops he could bowl at 145 kph. but he usually bowled 135-140, you should also learn to move the ball back into the right handers from outside off-stump, probably one of the more useful techniques for left arm bowlers.

try to do what Vaas does, bowl balls that are naturally going away from the right handers all around off stump and do that for a over or so and than try to bring one into the right hander.

surely you mean 145 km/ph?
anyway as griffo said a good bouncer and yorker in your armoury is a very useful couple of deliveries for a left armer

I am a Left-arm quick too,and suffered the exact same problem your having of the wrist position for a leftie causing a naturally straight delivery to veer down the legside for a right hander.
Two things i have done to correct that without sacrificing pace-(i've been timed at 142kmph)

1.Keep my front arm(right arm) as high as possible and bring it down quickly, works like a cartwheel effect, helps a lot with pace as well as lets you be more open-chested towards the batsman.

2.My bowling arm, very important where you start your action from.I used to be a medium fast bowler, but since i never had too much control, used to often get pasted since i didn't have pace either.Started experimenting with a number of different actions when i was about 19....and then i viewed nirvana....Brett Lee!!!The easiest action and most technically correct after Dennis Lillee, but what's really important is his bowling arm,he always braces it at around hip level once he's into his bowling stride.I tried that, and the first ball i ever bowled flew without bouncing over the keeper's head nearly taking him out. no one spotted the ball.....or so i like to think.Took a lot of work....but it really helped...now i've got the pace and control for any batsman.try that...your still young....change your action, you'll find a number of different actions which will work different things for you.My hint...once you leap at the crease, try bracing your left arm, instead of around your ear, brace it around your hip and then whip it around once you land.you'll find, less control in the beginning, but let me know if it helps you with some pace.

Just try different actions try the Aktar but left, and i just use malinga sometimes

I wouldn't try Akhtars for the fact you'd get no-balled for throwing and that the slingy bit is why Akhtar is always injured (and has to take nandrolone).

I would try getting as close to the stumps as possible and just try to keep it on the stumps at least, then try to narrow your line down to a close to off-stump as possible.

I'm fairly sure you either stating a point or taking the piss here, but im not sure :p

Although you did back up my closeness to the stumps point. Basically, every left handed bowler needs to keep a line, as does a right hander, but bowling to the opposite handed is vital as anything down leg or too far off is exaturated when facing the wrong handed bowler, therefore a wide one is mega wide, a striaght line is tricky.
