Everton and Arsenal I think have played an extra game.We're training today so that we improve on our fitness and performance.

TRAINING BEGINS WITH INDIRECT FK'S

Training began in a jovial mood with players no longer upset about the result against Arsenal.First hour of Indirect Free Kicks saw many quality free kicks taken.However MVaughan seemed the best kick taker and Hondeyho as the best scorer from Indirect Free Kicks.Both goalie's and defense looked solid."CD's comments during practice were to use either front post or back posts crosses with appropriate signals".This ploy helped develop a good understanding in Indirect Free kicks and would be implemented in future games.Players took a small break before the next session.

EDIT:The rest of the training session was spoilt due to a thunderstorm and the staff decided that it would be best that the players reached home safely so that they can be mentally prepared well for Monday's game against Birmingham.
