Right, You have to put it in 'My Documents > Sports Interactive > FM2008 > Graphics > Kits'

You may have to make the 'Graphics' and 'Kits' folder yourself. You extract the kits in the kits folder.

KT: Ok let me hear them.
BB: Kieron, Congratulations on winning your first trophy as Man U manager, could you tell us how you feel at the moment?
KT: I am very delighted and I see more in the future.
BB: With you beating Chelsea today, do you believe that gives you a psychological advantage over Chelsea for the up and coming Premiership campaign?
KT: Not at all, Chelsea will be raring to go and i'm sure it'll be a tight season.
BB: With Liedson scoring 2 goals today, do you believe that he will have a rise in confidence and then bang in the goals throughout the rest of the season?
KT: Li?dson is a fantastic striker who has adapted well to life in England and I feel he will challenge for the golden boot.
BB: Now looking at your squad for the first time in a competitive game, do you feel it needs strengthening in any area and if there is, is there any area in particular?
KT: I feel our defence let us down slightly but I feel we can keep it up all season.

KT: I say we will try our best and hope we can win the Premier League and Champions League.

KT: I feel our squad is strong enough to win the Premier League this season.
