Must have got his English qualifications after he signed with Gloucester or something like Ed Joyce, I can't see them making that much of a mistake

I think they rely more on Taylor, his younger & atleast he makes 100s.NZ rely too heavily on McCullum though, this was proven by the drop in run rate after his dismissal. Just couldn't get going once he went.
Whacked a run a ball 50 on his debut. Good batsman.Has anyone done any less to get into an international side... Luke Wright is hopeless, he makes Mitchell Johnson look good
I cant believe that rule... thats absolutely ridiculous but i suppose if a side is touring another country it might be helpful... may be another one of those rules from along long long long long time ago

Averages 20 with the bat and 40 odd with the ball in One Dayers Domestic......
Has a couple of good shots, some talent. That alone doesn't make a good batsman, much less a good opening batsman. Handy, but very, very raw all-rounder with some glaring weaknesses. Let's not forget that while Wright made 50 on debut, India chased 300. It wasn't exactly one for the ages.Whacked a run a ball 50 on his debut. Good batsman.
I'm not making excuses. Who honestly wants to watch 2 off 24 balls, 2 off 16 balls, 8 off 30 balls. This is boring as hell. I'm glad I didn't bother watching it.
