New Zealand Tour of India, November 2010/11

it's funny how this test and PakVSA one have been quite similar.

both teams batting first making pretty great scores, openers posting centuries, middle order a couple of big 50s, second day, they both collapse on the second day with both opposition making fairly solid opening partnerships (pakistan posting a 50 for the 1st wicket is unheard of)

It's slightly scary the number of similarities there are after the 1st 2 days:

I didn't make these observations btw, came across it on another forum.

India are very well placed to take command of this match. Hope by the end of Day 3, they are completely placed to win this test. If the wicket gives bounce on Day 2 to Harbhajan, imagine how it might be on Day 4 and 5? India need a lead of 150+. Come on boys, GET IT!!!

VVS is on 13*

He will get out if he stays on 13 a bit longer. Wanna bet? How much?? Hurry, before he gets out.

DAMN IT SOUTHEE! WHY DIDN'T HE BOWL?? WTF!

He had the right to bowl. Screw the spirit! Batsman should be ready. He shouldn't take ages to look up.

I'm not loving this series for sure, it is annoying me now.
Nothing really going right except the Sehwag fans must be enjoying which I'm not.

Hope Raina doesn't feature in the playing XI against SA, he just sucks...

Raina has been luck so far in his test career and now his true colors are coming out. Drop this guy already. Has no class or temperament for test cricket.

If we go by the trend of last few tests, India will be all out in 20 runs after Bhajji gets out.

Martin is awesome!

If we let Habhajan score anything above 20 I'll be pretty pissed.

Dhoni should bat below Harbhajan. He is really useless.

Just found out that I am related to Raina. Still get him out of test team. :p

Yea Raina really has gone downhill of late. But I'd still much rather have him the side than Yuvraj.

I'm not loving this series for sure, it is annoying me now.

This series has been brilliant. I would've thought that NZ would have struggled to score more than 120 each innings but it's been pretty even thus far. Good to see after that 4-0 ODI drubbing to Bangladesh.

Harbhajan is now on 2nd position in Most Runs scored in this series behind Sehwag.

Explains how well he performed with bat this series but it would have been better if it was Most wickets list.

Tail Friend! Nooo!

Seems like the best way to get Ojha out...

Dhoni's poor form with bat continues. Add to it the few missed catches behind stumps. He's only worsening the injury to his fingers and adding not much to this test team. Better off he rests and comes back for SA series.

Dont rule out Raina yet, he is a confident personality and can be our next Sehwag but down the order :)
