Surprised in one way but not so in another. The Storm haven't looked up to it and their last 3 games has really taken it out of them. Manly attack this season has been sensational and after what they did to the Warriors I definitely saw this thrashing coming for the Storm if they didn't turn up.

I was surprised to see the final score 40-0. I was half watching upto about 18-0 then stopped. I definately didn't watch Manly celebrating.

The best game of the day was easily the NSW cup. 104 minutes it went for. There must have been 10-15 field goal misses! In the end someone finally realised no one can kick a field goal and ran down the blind side, but in a grubber and Wentworth scored the winner.

I preferred the Raiders v Broncos u20 match no surprise of course! Very entertaining with the tries and it also had the golden point but wasn't as many rookie misses with the drop goal.

Both curtain raisers were brilliant. I think the NSW Cup was the longest game ever.
