how on earth did that happen?

1 change for the minor semi, Morgan in for Khawaja.

Excellent pitch if I get to choose as I'm at home
Your team is really strong but that doesn't mea you should expect them to win all the matches. Anyways that's your second loss to Wellington in two attempts. :p

Not only your bowlers. Melbourne have consistently been piling 300+ scores on excellent pitches and they have pulled off epic chases also.

You could probably increase all of the bowlers ratings next season by one. :p I know half of the matches have been played on excellent pitches, but they've just been no contests really. Even the two teams in the final, not a single one of their bowlers is averaging under 30.

Alongwith the Hall of Fame/Stats Center, I am planning to have a stats page or a history page for all the individual teams. It would be tough and keeping the track of teams highest scorers would be tough because obviously the players would be changing teams as the league progresses. There will also be team name changes. Thoughts?

Highest rated bowler is at 26. Highest rated local bowler is at 27. Enough said. :p I'll be choosing the pitches from next season to ensure that it'll be an even contest between bat & ball.

Alright, just as Callum did,I too had a feeling that this was going to happen...I mean, you take Mills and Steyn out of the equation by dishing out a road and more than half the job's done...poor Auckland done in by some ill luck but that's not taking anything away from the Racers.
Yes,that was intimidating but we've beaten them twice so no reason why we can't do it a couple more times should we play the same brand of cricket we've been doing in the last few game.
Got to make the home advantage count here, and another reason why we need to win the first game is because we've shown that if we lose one,we follow it up by a few more losses...we don't want to go back there.
Anyways, the fans are in for a treat here. :)

Form is temporary, class is blah blah....that's why Jono Trott's back!
Ryder and Franklin opening together for the first time as well.

Records for individual teams would be a pain. I tried to implement it but I just could not be bothered. I could easily do it but keeping it updated would be a pain. But if you're going to start, start now and keep regularly updating it so you don't fall too far behind.

As for name changes, not until the next redraft imo. I suppose it would be up to individual managers to decide but yea that's my 2c.

Unchanged. Not much point making changes that would weaken the team.

Good luck Sartaj, may the best team win

Turned out that we didn't pace the chase well enough.
Probably not the wisest of moves to make those changes in the batting order to which we failed to adapt.
A more conventional line-up for the second game:

1.Tim Paine +
2.Jesse Ryder
3.Hashim Amla
4.Jonathan Trott

5.James Franklin *
6.Grant Elliott ^
7.Andrew McDonald ^
8.Stuart Broad ^
9.Morne Morkel ^

10.Mark Gillespie ^
11.Andy McKay ^
