Good start for Pakistan. Keep it up, an enjoyable read

Shoaib on fire. :happy

But when I used to play this game Shoaib was only bowler who clocked 97 miles.

:happy This makes this the 200th post of my story! I would like to thank everyone for posting and for their encouraging comments. :happy

Regarding updates, they will be coming later today. ;)

Actually the 201st, I had the honour of the 200th, well 200th reply anyway :p

Congrats mate, long may it continue...

 never seen such a defence froma batsman who is facing 91 mph delivery. Hope Marsh and Punter can go along and build a partnership and later if we loose anynmore wickets mid orders will finish it ;) Shoab looks more dangerous now. Nice presentation Arslaan

Top update from you mate! A few more wickets and the game is basically the pakistanis!

The influence of Shoaib Akhtar shouldn't be underestimated. A brilliant aggressive spell from the bandit, setting up the batsman for Tanvir to get him out. Come on Pakistan! Soften the Aussies up!

Sohail strikes again
(Marsh Goes)

Marsh had been in sizzling form in the IPL. Now he was showing his class in International Cricket. He was getting a hard time from Shoaib at the Pavilion End but at the Sharjah Club End where Tanvir was bowling from he was picking the ball up nicely and was looking to be a major threat. He hit a fantastic cover drive for four and Tanvir got angry and said a couple of words.

3 balls later Tanvir bowled a ball at a fullish length which zipped back in a fraction. Marsh somehow bizarrely left the ball. He heard the dreaded sound of the stumps and looked back in dissaray. Tanvir had the last laugh and gave a big grin in front of Marsh as he trudged off to the pavilion.

The Australians were now in trouble at 31/2 at the start of the Tenth over. This brought Captain and Vice-Captain together. The pressure was on both Captain Ricky Ponting and Vice-Captain Michael Clarke.

With Shoaib at full steam and Tanvir's confidence boosted by 2 wickets, the Australians will have to bat extremely well from now till the end of the Innings as the Run Rate continues to creep up.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Australia :- 33/2 (10)
*R.Ponting 5(14) 1 Four
*M.Clarke 1(3)

Last Wickets
S.Marsh 20(24) 4 Fours

Sohail 5-0-22-2

Wow poor effort from Marsh there! Come on pup! Wouldn't mind seeing Shoaib with some wickets though!
