great stuff from India
sachin played superbly . pity that sachin was given out in such an unfortunate manner
There had to be a decision going against India with stevie umpiring ...
Match nicely poised with india having a slight upper hand ..

Frucknor does it again

Mr. Frucknor has shown his grudge against India again. How in the world Mr. Frucknor would have liked seeing India playing well after being 36/2. And after all it is his 100th test match and fittingly he gave Tendulkar out badly, a veteran of 100+ tests.

Why doesn't the BCCI and the players simply refuse to play in a match with this asshole umpiring.

My hatred towards this Frucknor is growing beyond extent, and I am sure this moron's grudge is increasing too. Oh God! when will this guy retire so that India will not receive minimum of 2 or 3 deliberate bad decisions in a match?

Fruck, Fruck, Fruck... I hate Frucknor... Fruck :mad  :getyou

If there are only a few more people like you in India, no wonder Steve Bucknor has a grudge against Indians. I would give your players out deliberately too if you react this way to honest mistakes. But thats me. I dont think he is doing it deliberately and I think you know better too. Find a better way to take your frustration out. Go burn an effigy or something.

I think u have forgotten that this was same Sachin who was not given out when he had an edge to kaneria in First Test. Take Cricket as a game, Umpires r humans not machines.

What wrong did Rahul say?? This guy has been handing out stupid decisions always against the Indian team. There are countless incidents that reflect rahul and my thought about bucknor. we dont know if it was a honest mistake or not, but he doesnt deserve to be an umpire!!

And it was a crucial decision today than the one where Sachin was given not out off Kaneria. Today, the pendulum in India's way now comes back to the balance! Ganguly & Laxman are not in good form. Karthik - we dont know when he will hit! Its again down to the tail and Dravid!

Well Mr.Bucknor is one of the best and one of the most respected umpires around. If he wasnt, then he wouldnt have been here for 100 tests.
I think you need to accept that umpires are human beings, and wrong decisions can be made by them. Its all part of the game, and in the long run, everything cancels out.
Everyone criticises the umpire when things go against you, but dont say a word, when things go for you.

I will end by saying that...Fortune favours the brave.

Don't worry Saisrini... If the Pak bowlers are not able to get Dravid out, Mr. Frucknor will give him out tomorrow for sure.

I am not saying he is bad umpire. He has a personal grudge against Indians. Don't ask me why? But he surely does. He gives at least one horrendous decision per match when India is playing and interestingly enough it comes when the match is tilting the Indian way. Coincidence cannot happen all the time.

Wait till some unpire has a personal grudge against England and keeps giving Freddie or Thorpie out almost always when things are looking bright for England and you will know how we Indians feel about Mr. God Damn Frucknor.

I didn't see Tendulkar's dismissal today, but in my opinion,Bucknor is one of the best in the world. Why else would he have umpired so many test matches?

I don't think he has any sort of grudge against the Indians.

As many people have stated here, umpires are only humans, and humans make mistakes. Now,if umpires were machines, then all your criticism would be acceptable........

So its just a mistake if its not a crucial situation but if it is then the umpire is a fuc*king assh*ole... hmmm

I disagree... their contention is that Bucknor is doing it on purpose. Machines cannot be biased so their criticism will still be baseless. They are not even admitting it MAY be a mistake.

I think thats worse than saying he is a bad umpire. You are saying that he is dishonest and a cheat.

Plus, I think Tendulkar may have contributed to his own dismissal. Let me explain before you start foaming at the mouth again. Remember that in a typical India-Pakistan match the crowd is so vocal that its hard to hear anything in the middle. The umpire has to think of a lot of factors in that case if there is the slightest doubt, and one of those is the batsman's past history. If Gilchrist was the one on strike then I am sure he would have been given not-out because he is now known to walk, but Tendulkar stayed even after that clear inside edge in the last test and that may have gone against his favor.
Ok now you can start foaming. I just got my rabies shot.

Look, the machines thing was meant to be a joke. And also,I stated that I did not see Tendulkar's dismissal,so after I see that,I will tell you whether I think its a mistake or not.Leave it at that.

If you have to see the dismissal before you judge whether it was an honest mistake or cheating, then you have already contradicted yourself and are willing to admit that the top umpires are biased. You really think there is a chance of that?

As I said,I am certain that it was NOT done on purpose. But some people are so sure that he is biased against the Indians, that I said I'll see the dismissal before commenting on whether it was a mistake or not.

Dude, no offence, but I just dont get your reasoning. If it was not done on purpose, what can it be other than a mistake????? Unless of course you are going to say that he really was out!
