AFRIDI'S SPELL!!!​

Afridi has had a great little spell taking some very crucial wickets of key batsman and some close calls!!!

It started with MacMillan who tried to advance down the wicket but totally missed it getting him clean bowled

The Marshall was dissmissed given LBW and it was crtainly out as it hit him near the bottom of the pads and looked to pitch inside the line of legstump heres Hawk-Eyes inturpretation...

PAKISTAN GO 2-0 UP!!!​

Pakistan have once again tied up a ODI victory by defeating New Zealand by some margen as the opposition looked beaten very early in the match with some great pieces of bowling by Afridi Asif and Akhter who all preformed pretty well.
New Zealnd tail tried to put a bit of a resistance up with Adams getting some calls his way and hitting some useful boundaries to keeps some pride in the loss but it didnt last long when Shoaib Akhter and Mohammed Asif came back for the last 9 overs to clear things up!!!

The next ODI is underway shortly with Pakistan full of confidence and New Zealand in panic and worry about slipping this series away if they loose one more match the series is theres if they want to win this series then they must win all 3 remaining matches!!!

Pakistan have some problems they discussed which are to do with the lack of fielding ability they have let so many runs through with misfields such as the one below nearly 7-8 times in the last match many of the fielders had problems with simple pick up and throws which can be costly if its a tight contest we'll see how they do this time around please stay tuned to this great series!!!

MATCH BEGINS!!!​

This interesting match has begun and Pakistan once again have got of to a fairly good start but can they keep it up? They have a very solid line-up with some really good players and tactics to balance the team well!!!

New Zealand have kept the team the same the only thing we can expect is a change in tactics and use of players maybe they have been working on what players bowlers have been causing problems in previous matches and might have a few tricks up their sleves its all or nothing for them!!!

NEW ZEALAND RIPPING THROUGH!!!​

You could say New Zealand have won their bowlers have done a magnificant job of this Pakistan side and mind you the Pakistan side is the toughest one we've seen all series and the Kiwis have totally dimolished them.

Pakistan got of to a reasonable start with Butt being him usual self and Malik also being aware as always until Bond got Malik with a tempting half-volly which Malik misstimed and nicked it straight to the keeper..so the first scalp was gone and given to Bond..As was the next when Bond got rid of Younis Khan who was also caught behind by another sharp catch to get New Zealands and Binds second wicket!!!

Then the Kiwis had definatly adjusted the tactics as Astle came on in the 10th over and it was a right move because he was the bowler troubling then batsman the most in the previous match. 1st ball he bowled wicket of the big man Inzi himself it was shocking as he lobbed up a ball to the legside for a somewhat diffecult catch taken wonderfully low to get Kiwis 3rd wicket. Then it was Mohammed Yousuf who was loosing concentration as Astles ball was so slow he played early and was caught simply in the covers. Astle's first over didnt end there as Afridi made his way to the crease he was making his way back from the crease after a ball though as Astle got him driving first ball and another fine catch taken by the keeper to get Astle his 3rd in one over!!!

Pakistan are definatly on the ropes with Razzaq and Butt on the crease with such a low score and so many wickets lost you cant say they will post a big total with only one specialist batsman to come what can they do from here...?

Oh Dear Pakistan. All hope is not lost though as Pakistan still have a couple of batsmen to go. I like Astle's figures!
