Dean Jones seems like the kinda guy that our players would listen to no matter what. He's our kinda 'kameena'.

Admittedly, I'm not a good person to ask as I don't know much about either one of them. Dean Jones though just rubs me the wrong way and I don't see a lot of smarts there. May be I'm dead wrong, but I'd go with Hesson personally.

Mike Hesson because of his success with NZ.
But Deano has more knowledge of the local boys.[DOUBLEPOST=1566114263][/DOUBLEPOST]My only concern about Deano is that he could not develop most of the youngsters he had in his squad (Zafar, Farhan, Talat, Rohail, Nasir etc.)

Frankly Hesson is better but, I don't know if he'll be able to work around the mindset of pur players and besides, Dean has quite experience now with our players. So it's a tough choice.

I would take Hesson.

Turns out Mike Hesson hasn't applied for the role, those were just rumours. Makes my case for Deano stronger. I'd prefer him over any of our local coaches.
