Pakistan vs England in United Arab Emirates - October/November 2015

If England save the game, will you think the hours he spent in the middle were a waste of time?
Look mate, I am not saying that everything at fault with England's batting has to do with Ian Bell, but he needs maybe at least a break away from it all. He has very very rarely put in a real match winning knock and gets out like today in such frustrating circumstances. He is beautiful to watch when he is flowing, but that is usually when there is no pressure to do so: he looks mentally tired and something is really wrong....how much wood can a team carry? Dont get me wrong: Stokes and Butler are just the same as far as I am concerned, along with Ali and Rashid.......we have a long batting lineup but if nobody is scoring runs it matters nowt.....the bowlers must be really pissed off after all the hard graft to see it just blown away time after time....

Wahab reported after ball-kicking row | Cricket | ESPN Cricinfo
England against Pakistan. Pakistan have the advantage. Surely they must be cheating? How else can one expect the lowly colonials to beat the inventors of cricket?

It really is embarrassing being England fans at times. The umpires on the field didn't see anything suspicious, it was a simple state (stupid yes) of Wahab Riaz kicking the ball but fielders do it while fielding all the time. Supposedly he stepped on the ball, nothing on video or seen by the umpires, should be the end of the story but I've been seeing a lot of online whingeing by so called "fans". Get over it.

We need to concentrate on our batting anyway.

Looks like the history is repeating itself. Pakistan is on its way towards victory, If not, categorically dominated the whole match. Unfortunately, England always has off-the field concerns while losing to Pakistan. Anyhow, It was a nice test match

Buttler needs some time out.
Along with Bell...

Geoffery talks sense: Bell I don't care what you have done in the past youre not giving enough back: 20 tests averaging at 19 aint good enough....either give more or you dont play...

WOW! That was closer than i thought. Gotta give it to England. They really fought hard in both the matches.

Sigh....after all the hard work....well lets face it England didnt deserve anything from this game....good rearguard action but too many batsmen failed....congrats Pakistan, great batting and bowling, deserved winners.....

Fantastic win by Pakistan. Remarkabke records have been made as a leading Asian Side categorically. The best thing i like about in the test match is the eagerness to win and that is the driving force behind success. Wonderful Job Alhamdulillah :)

Just read this on cricinfo. Some of the Pakistan's Cricinfo stats after remarkable test win by Pakistan yesterday. Cateogorically an eye-opener and reply to the lied and over-hyped media stuff and over-hyped perceptions about teams and players.

"125 Test wins for Pakistan, which pushes them one ahead of India, who have 124. While India's 124 wins have come in 491 Tests, Pakistan have played only 394 to win 125. They are now fifth in terms of overall Test wins, after Australia, England, West Indies and South Africa."

178 The margin of victory, Pakistan's biggest victory in terms of runs in a Test against England.

8 Wickets for Yasir Shah in this Test, the seventh time in 11 Tests he has taken seven or more wickets in the match. In his last five Tests he has taken 39 wickets at 19.87. In 2015 he has 42wickets, next only to Stuart Broad's 46; while Broad has played 12 Tests this year, Yasir has played half that number.

10-3 Pakistan's win-loss record in the UAE in 20 Tests since the beginning of 2010. In all other countries during the same period their record is 11-15 in 30 Tests.

7-2 Pakistan's win-loss record in Tests since October 2014. During this period they've registered series wins against Australia, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, and drawn a series against New Zealand.

63 Years, to the day, since Pakistan won their first Test match. On October 26, 1952, they beat India by an innings and 43 runs in Lucknow to register their first win in Test history.

"125 Test wins for Pakistan, which pushes them one ahead of India, who have 124. While India's 124 wins have come in 491 Tests, Pakistan have played only 394 to win 125. They are now fifth in terms of overall Test wins, after Australia, England, West Indies and South Africa."

Yep: the BBC typically went with "defiant England lose test" as appossed to "All round excellent Pakistan give sorry England a sound beating and show how far they have come on since 2010" as it should have read.
