Umm, buddy this is 2008 not the history of cricket. He's played only 4 Domestic T20s. Surely you should've played at least 1 T20I before you can be named the best player of that year.

Seriously though, he shouldn't. Chanderpaul has been in far better form, and it's been sustained form for a lengthy period of time. There are very few better batsmen in world cricket at the moment.
