Siddle's only played one ODI for Australia, Hilfenhaus has done very little in his ODI career. Yet those two are both in the running, I think it's safe to assume that the people running the awards rate test cricket far higher. Doing well in 20/20 mean's very little when comparing it to test performances.
yeah, but this goes back to what I said about Duminy. He only made his test debut 8 months ago and is by far the most promising player to have emerged on the test scene in the last 12 months, but because he's played ODIs for a long while he's discounted.
