Ah so I'm not having a bad game afterall. 27 isn't that bad and I'm currently on 37 not out... A good chance to make my maiden half century or even century.

LEADING FROM THE FRONT​

IW: What a batting display from PCB to bat out a day, and look like setting a target. Are you suprised?

DL: Well yes i am suprised but there was some great batting involved. Again lots of people got into the 20's and 30's and couldn't convert. But the way that Suren and Ben Ferguson batted, it could lead to a total of 100 being set. Suren batted patiently to hit 51 off of 257 balls, and Mr Ferguson scored 81 off 119, which was a great balanced batting display.

IW: Well the score is currently 302 for 9.

DL: Well with Suren still in he could go on and make a big score, he is quality batter like in the mould of Pollock. Dougie Sloan is still in and he works hard on his batting. He is 10 not out, if these two can hit between 30-50, then PCA may find it difficult to knock off those 75 ish runs, on a difficult 5 day track.

Mid morning crisis. Could PCB be heading for an innings defeat??

IW: Well at one point PCB were 123 for 5, and there was a little bit of panic.

DL: Yep well that collapse came about just before and after lunch, but Left Hander and Suren held it together. Then Pinchu came in and played a cameo of 30 off of 44, with 5 fours and 1 six, he batted well but he didn't go on and make a big score.

IW: How well do you think PCA bowled, there were two main bowlers who did it for you didn't they dave.

Nic goes for sprawling catch off Suren, but misses it....just!

DL: Well yes the main bowler was Matty Parker who collected his first 5 for, to go with his first 3 in the 1st innings. He looks a good prospect. If he stays injury free he could be the main bowling force behind the team.

IW: What about Chez?

DL: Yep he bowled well, too. He pitched the balls in the right areas, got some spin and made the ball dart past the batsmen edge.

IW: Man of the Day?

DL: Well it is a tough decision and i am still yet to decide i am going to split it 3 ways between Suren, Parker and Ferguson. Suren for his 51 helped hold the innings together, a true captain knock. Mr Ferguson for the score which helped his team be the position they are in. Then Mr Consistent Matty Parker, for bowling great line, great length and troubling all the batsmen.
