I of course don't think we should no lynch today. Both days I've tried to hang something out there that other mafia might latch on to and go with.
Some great analysis from Barmy, and I'd like to suggest this game probably doesn't have the world's greatest balance. In those instances mass claims inevitably benefit the town. More than happy to claim, seeing as I did actually drop a very subtle clue as to my role earlier.
So yeah, I would actually suggest a mass claim at this point due to the fact that a mislynch followed by a night kill would leave us at 6 players left with 3 of them mafia.. It would be game over.

In fact, sod it, I'll go first. I'm a very strange bus driver role. I can only act every other night and my actions not only occur in the standard A-C, B-D to A-D, B-C manner. They also swap any actions performend on A and B around. Bizarre, and I can't help but feel an absolute nightmare to figure out... I was clearly blocked on the first night, as I was unable to use my role.
Someone must have presumed I was the cop, seeing as I kept suggesting the cop would hopefully get some useful results on the first night for us to work with. Me and Barmy are fairly decent shouts for getting protected first night, which would explain why Varun was targeted.

I'm doubting Swirler's claim a lot more today than I was yesterday. Supposedly asking a question, promising some analysis, then just hopes someone got a result.
I figured the mason thing was a simple deal, but this mason/mafia thing is possible. Blitzberg hasn't been bad other than hopping on a bandwagon, not something to crucify him for I think.
Yashdude's really not the same guy I observed in the newbie games when he was town, so he's pretty high on my list of suspects. Swirler was quick to defend him earlier in the game too.
Ste's giving me pro-town vibes today unlike yesterday for whatever reason I had at the time.
Can never trust Colin or PD, messing around with everyone all the time.
Think we've lynched Manly just about every time he's mafia, so just waiting for him to post something weird pretty soon
I'm pretty terrible at analysing write-ups tbh; Don't have that great an understanding of roles. I didn't know anything about masons, and even stuffed-up while researching.
I can understand why some of you might think there's a mafia mason, but I expect there's more straight forward mafia roles in this game, some with power roles quite likely. I know I'm not, not sure about Blitzberg, although in my role description it seems to indicate that he's most likely town.

When did I defend Yash? I've been complaining how inactive he is.

Was suspicious of Barmyarmy & puddleduck, but both have been actively scum hunting. puddleduck's claim seems to make sense as well.

The trouble you've got is that whilst I've heard of a mafia mason, I've never heard of a mafia miller. The only thing stopping me from lynching you is your character claim. I know you could have both fake claimed but it seems over-elaborate so I'm inclined to believe you especially as it's MyLo.

It frankly shouldn't be MyLo on day 2 but because it is I'm going to role claim and character claim as well. Getting night-killed doesn't matter if we don't lynch right. I'm User2010, the doctor, mentioned in the write-up in paragraph 3. The reason I've been so happy to put myself out there this game is that I can protect myself. For obvious reason I'm not going to reveal who I protected lsat night as it would help the mafia killer.

Obviously you can't be a mafia miller as if you're mafia then you get a negative result, so it doesn't even make sense. I think you've had a failure of logic there. Although i think if you were mafia you'd be far too methodical to post such ill thought out reasoning. What I think has happened here is that you want the mass claim so have just thought in a way that makes it more obvious, without thinking it through properly, but pretty sure you must be pro-town.
I'm somewhat suspicious in regards to sedition, seems to have been pretty quiet today despite there being a fair amount to discuss. just the one post I think. For someone who just assumes anyone who doesn't post every 3 hours is mafia it's a bit odd. Bit of projection perhaps?
As I was trying to say earlier I was happy to lynch off one of BB/swirler (preferably swirler, as claiming miller he can' ever be verified, but if it is indeed MYLO the verification bit may not mean a jot) or Yashdude.
The latter has looked a bit scummy, but early on it was pointed out it looks scummy to be so quiet so i find it hard to believe he'd post as little as he has since then if mafia. surely he'd switch to being super active to try and cover?
But again as said earlier I'm happy enough to lynch him off.
As for manly meh, could be anything. kind of inactive but could easily be his mrs cracking the whip and tying him up (those last two clauses sound far more risque than intended)

If there are 3 mafia players it will be pretty darn tough to get a consensus, that's literally all 5 town agreeing. If BB/swirler are sincere then i guess they are effectively 1 member, but it still requires all four town to agree.
That's pretty unlikely. What was our evidence for the 3/6 split from the 9 anyway? I seem to remember someone suggested it and since then it was taken as gospel. could easily be a 6/2/1 (with the one being surivor, so kinda 7/2)

I'm not convinced this game is well designed. Like I said MyLo on day 2 having not mis-lynched?
The 6-3 thing came from a PD post based on the initial write-up; I'll check the reference in the morning but you're quite right that we ought to be examining it rather than accepting it.
Manly has still made me suspicious with his last post. Working under the assumption, as we were, that it was 6-3 then lynching hastily and without discussion/claims is anti-town play.
