Samuels is a completely changed batsman since his comeback in 2011 and has been one of the most consistent batsmen in all formats in 2012. I hope he's rated fairly because his career average isn't too bright yet but if he bats this way for another couple of years, I'm sure it'll become much higher.

Absolutely. If Gayle's comeback has made the WI believe in them, its Samuels who has given the platform of good scores to his team, in every format with the highlight being him thrashing Lasith Malinga with utter disdain in T20I world cup, a format the latter excels in.
