Well, card was already dead and its warranty was over. So it couldn't get any worse. Thus i gave this method a try.:p

I am having a strange problem with my keyboard,When I hold one key and then press the other one and release it,The key which I hold also doesn't function until I re-press/re-hold it (lol) Can someone please tell me why this is happening?,Keyboard is of dell a ps/2 keyboard,connected with a USB to ps2 connector (for my old dell pc :D)

Do you have FilterKeys on? I don't really know but that might be the problem with it.

I've having a problem with saving files at the moment, several applications won't show the save dialogue box, specifically Word, but non Office programs are having the same problem. Likewise the Open file dialogue isn't working either.

Saving works on existing files, though I'm not trusting that while I'm having this problem.

So far I've done a rollback of recent Windows updates (because this is a new problem) as well as repair installs of Office and the other programs having problems.

Anyone have any ideas?

Nevermind, figured it out. A scan with the system file checker found a corrupted system file, it restored them and all works fine now.

I'm facing a very weird problem with cricket games. I've got 3 cricket games installed, cricket04, cricket05 and cricket07 all by EA of course. :p Now the issue is that I'm not able to save profiles in any of the games. I've played them earlier as well, on pc but now I'm playing them on dell mini and whenever I try to save the profile it says "unable to save profile" in cricket05 and 07 and in 04 is just hangs. I've got no other games installed so I reckon there must be some problem with the "my documents" folder, where all the date is stored. Any help guys?

Is it Vista you're using? I had this problem in Vista. Only got solved when I restored the system to original factory condition. I think I deleted the EA Sports folder in Documents and after that I was getting that problem. So, never delete that folder from there.

I did the same with cricket04, deleted it's save game files because it wasn't working but I didn't do the same with cricket07. I'm using windows 7 ultimate, 32 bit.

If you have the backup DVDs and not much to lose in your LT, you can restore it. Only solution I could find.

@User2010 - I'd wait a little before doing that and hope to find a way to solve this. If it doesn't get solved, I'd need to do what you suggested. Cheers for help!

@Abhas - Just tried it mate, didn't work. :(

Perhaps it has something to do with its (.pro file) location in your OS? I haven't edited the game for a while so I have no idea what it might be.

I have deleted the saved game files for cricket07. Earlier it was there but the game was still not detecting it. I deleted it to start the game fresh but it didn't work.
