Wow, lol, SA going shocking. Thats 2 games in 1 night.

Interesting that SL took in a wicket keeper and are giving Sangakara the match off. Seems like hes done a good job too the new fella.

Nice bowling from Fernando and Murili from the looks.

Sangakara and Jaywardene out there and looking great.

very dissappointing performance in batting by SA
good steady knock from AB De Villiers though. I wanted to see Shaun Pollock(my favorite player other than Dravid) play but i guess i will have to wait until the 2nd Test maybe :mad
Sri Lankans in almost a perfect position to win this test with only 1 batting inning.

Only then I can i say to try to climb up the Test Rankings, but i dare say, we are improving in that area as well, however something tells me that our improvement will stop when Murali does.

The setback will only be temporary when Murali stops. Sri Lanka were one of the best Test teams 10 years ago when Murali wasn't as big as he is today.

Sri Lanka are really dominating this game. 239 run partnership between these two, and they're still going steadily at over 4 an over.

The drop catch by Rudolph have proved costly. Once again like in the Aus series the result of a drop catch is a century. Great performance so far by Sri Lanka, continuing their good form from England despite against a depleted SA team.

At this rate, it seems that Sri Lanka won't have the opportunity to miss Chaminda Vaas in the second innings. Twin double-centuries to come up soon, and a 400+ run partnership! It's crazy to track.

their is absolutely no bounce in the pitch....i hope the pithes for thr tri series r better.

2nd highest partnership of test cricket... how much more can they get? Sri Lanka basically have the match at their disposal. They can bat the whole day tomorrow and still have a minimum of 180 overs to go at the South Africans. They'd probably be looking at declaring earlier, in case of rain or strong resistance.

3 more days to go !
Maybe they bat out entire day tomorrow and ask SA to do the honours on a crumbling 4th day wicket in Lanka.
The way its going its clear that SL will have this test to themselves unless there is astute resistance from Gibbs & Co.

looks like many more records will be broken tommorow.

I think they should declare by lunch tomorrow or earlier for a sure win. A lead of 400 is umm enough!

lol GO SRI LANKA!!!

Amazing. 471 run stand. Man, I wish I could have seen it. Jaywardene is one of the best batsmen out there today. Possibly the bestsman of the year so far. SL have a great team and now their true talent is comming out.

Sure, SA are missing Smith and Kallis, perhaps their 2 better players, but really, the bowling stocks is their normal bunch. Boje is a bad bowler. Tis a shame that chucker got disallowed.
