here is the installer unlicensed ropes does not install and there will be a error in between but it will be fine
just extract the zip nd run the Installer.bat

that's because of an incomplete download....try downloading with firefox

I have downloaded it and replaced those shared textures.
Now when I open "Models" ,it gives an error "file corrupted", and so big editor closes.And thats the reason I can't replace it with the one I extracted from CD

Any help?

even when i downloaded the file first time it said error then shrenik said download it again then i re downloaded then it worked fine for me
