Maybe this has already been answered, but I haven't found it anywhere on here. Will this game be released with the current Aussie jersey or the one being released on the 14th or 16th of September?

If it is the current yellow one, will there be a patch released very soon after the game's release??

NO release date has been set yet and is unlikely to be released for a long time. All signs point to a post 2006 release though.

In the official FAQ there is: "View replays of your favourite moments!" and you would make the assumption that favourite means that saving will be possible.
