Draft: T20 Leagues | Draft complete | Big Bash League vs Bangaldesh Premier League | Final posted

I don't understand what's going on with the simulations, seems like batting second almost guarantees a win
This is a common issue and I ran into this when I was simulating my own tournament. Here is what I did to make it fair.
1. Make the pitch wear speed fast and make the pitch hard/normal.
2. Reduce the bonus for aggresive shots.
3. Use dry pitches.

All these factors make the 1st innings score big and reduces the advantage for the chasing team.
Unfortunately, in a tournament all these changes might not be possible to make and even if you do make these changes, the advantage is still tilted towards the chasing team

Banton's struggle risked sinking us, but Finch and Pietersen were majestic! Looking forward to the final.
And could it be that Marsh picked up another hat-trick? :spy

Why didn't Morkel and Bravo bowl a single over and Livingstone was bowling for 3 overs?
Batting first in last 3 matches cost us a spot in final

Anyways thanks @ahmedleo414 for the drafts and simulating the league

Rohit Sharma and Tamim Iqbal have been the dream team in terms of 1 and 2 for me and Shakib at 3 has been excellent as well. My team has been the only team to beat @Aislabie IPL team, twice. So I'm really happy about that. The finals should be posted later tonight

The top 3 has been phenomenal in the finals. And we won despite our leading wicket taker not even bowling :p
This was fun!

Any prize for getting the Wooden Spoon?

This was fun. I fully expected a CPL vs IPL final going in, but the fact my team made it to the final blows my mind. Thank you to everyone who participated
Thank you for hosting this, was great fun to participate in

Sadly not; there's no function that I've seen to produce aggregate stats for specific kinds of players, in matches that involve a specific player. It's a pretty niche functionality, and one that I'd probably be able to do with one of the major databases (in particular Andrew Samson's one) but I don't quite have that kind of disposable income. 'Tis the time for budgeting at present!
BTW, you could use the bigbashboard.com statguru type feature for that...
