Excellent script in Pudhupettai. The director must have spent a lot of time in script. It tells the whole life of people in the slum. Best gangster film in Tamil cinema I would say. In the film, problems arrive for 'Kokki' Kumar every 15 minutes. Script is the key in the film.

Picturization - 4/5
Audience - Only for particular groups who love action and violent gangster films.
Overall - Must watch!

Just watched 'Thaandavam'. I must say reading all the bad reviews of the film on the web so far, I don't understand why people have been so harsh on the film. Its actually a very entertaining and fun film. Vikram plays the blind man role to perfection. And he is fun when he is with Anushka too. The chemistry works very well. It drags a bit here and there, but overall its a good entertaining film

Just watched 'Thaandavam'. I must say reading all the bad reviews of the film on the web so far, I don't understand why people have been so harsh on the film. Its actually a very entertaining and fun film. Vikram plays the blind man role to perfection. And he is fun when he is with Anushka too. The chemistry works very well. It drags a bit here and there, but overall its a good entertaining film

Bit boring at times. In our slang, first half was mokkai.

Saattai is nice too. Must watch for students.

I knew what the twist in Thaandavam was going to be (predicted it pretty early), but still the director succeeded so much in getting us emotionally attached to the characters that it was hard to fathom that he had to use that predictable twist in the end.....

Felt so bad when Anushka had to die without telling Vikram that she loves him... The chemistry was so good between them, that they had to live happily together. That's why you get angry at Jagapathi Babu for the betrayal

Waiting for NEPV and Thuppaki here too! NEPV songs are growing on me, and Thuppaki songs must be kick-ass!)

I think thuppaki audio release has delayed due to the stupid kalla thuppaki case.

I haven't even seen the movie yet and I already kinda have an idea as to what the twist will be, right or wrong that I don't know, will come back to guys once I watch the movie.

Anyway, saw Sundarapandian today, absolutely loved it. A lot people told me that the movie was quite similar to Sasi's(I know, he didn't direct this one) other movies, but I didn't really see much to it expect the fact that he had friends in this one too. Sasikumar is really growing on me of late, you know what, he's my favorite actor/director right now, there, I said it.

You must be knowing about our courts....According to my last info the court has postponed the case till 3rd of this month.

The Thuppaki court case has been resolved with an 'out of the court settlement' on 5th (two days back). The teaser trailer is releasing on 10th, with the audio release on the 11th.

Aadhibhagavan songs look quite 'okay'. Hearing the songs, I guess this film will be 'dark' themed like Ameer's previous ventures "Ram" and "Paruthiveeran".
Mohit Chauhan has sung a Hindi song in the album named "Agadam Bagadam". It's nice to listen eventhough you can't understand the words.

My favourite song is "Kaatrile Nadanthene", a sad love song.

The audio of "Thuppaki" is going to be out today! The first time combo of Vijay and AR Murugadoss and a more commercial album promised from Harris Jayaraj, whose comfort zone and his best outputs clearly resting with romantic albums.....

Don't know how the album is going to turn out. Expectations in an unknown territory! Meanwhile, Aadhi Bhagwan songs are pretty ordinary. I have ot been a great fan of Yuvan, and I still stand by it. He comes up with one or two stand out albums, followed by a bunch of mediocre to crap ones.
