Yes,when it comes to films i am like this.I show i am narrow minded in cricket too only in planetcricket because of certain personal reasons.In life i think very broad actually.And in films maybe after romance,i prefer horror.

But that genre is basically nonexistent in Tamil films, much like the Sci-fi genre.

Saw "Neram", Awesome stuff from the debutant Alphonse Puthiren....Excellent movie which was presented in a way similar to "lock stock and two smoking barrels" ,the collossal hit in Hollywood. Good that the directors in Kollywood are changing with time for the good !! Two for the movie!!

Saw a superb but old movie on TV "Sugamaana Sumaigal" starring Parthepan.... Excellent movie which was high on family drama as well as domestic violence.... Awesome movie!! Three for it!!!

Total masala movie.It was an all Suriya show.Vivek,Santhanam,Hansika and Anushka did not have much to offer on screen.Action packed film.Rashin Rahman,one of the villain in Singam 2 was sitting beside me in Sathyam while watching the film.I would rate it somewhere near 3.5 maybe out of 5.No vulgarity in the movie.

Saw Singam 2 today, lots and lots of Suriya this film has, like I'd say about 2 hrs of this film is just Suriya cutting punch lines and smashing villains' heads in while the others come on for a minute or so each, enjoyed it still, not better than the prequel though!

Yes,Singam 1 was more of a family drama,this is more of an action packed one.Hardly the other people had anything to do on the screen,IMO Anushka had absolutely nothing to do.

I haven't watched Singam-II yet. No screenings here in my place. I plan to watch it soon through other sources. Will watch and then comment!
