Just a quick question code wise, is it portable? Because I use Linux as my main os and am sick of rebooting just to play a bit of cricket.

It possibly could, but would be very slow, or missing graphics and stuff, EA Cricket 2004 starts but doesn't get past the menus.
It's annoying how every program that has a good replacement works on wine but things that don't won't work with wine, just my luck I guess
I'll give it a shot when a demo's out

hmmm..i wanna have official rules so if they are scrapped they wont be in the game...sorry

A few suggestions/questions:
Will the CPU play according to the match situation?

If the CPU has wickets in hand, in the final overs of a ODI, will it bring on a hitter to try and get extra runs? Will defensive batsman start playing shots as the required run rate increases?

I dont know how uve implemented injuries, but if a batsman gets a leg injury or cramp, will you be able to use a runner? It is a small detail, but would be a nice touch.

UPDATE :-

i have completed about 75 bats and i am VERY VERY BORED / TIRED of making bats !! i have been making bats from august 2005 for c2k5 , BLIC and now TCP.
i am really bugged up with them. i am getting a bat nausea i guess lol.

so i'll complete the remaining ones once i get back the stamina / interest

the ones that i am gonna do afterwards are :-

GRRRR !!!! not another bat... ah well.. i'll try my best.. mind you that
WILD BEAST is really a WILD bat to make. i.e its quite difficult.
i'll try my best though.

lol ok that beast aint the one i was gonna get i was gonna get the proper beast but thought that would be there. When you show the bats on friday think u could give us a list of all bats that you put in the game?
