just to raise an issue, with all the hard work being done on this game it would be a shame for EA sports to steal from it, which by the way is perfectly legal. they are allowed to take ideas from tcp which is a shame. i suggest tht the game is released as an exe (executable) file so the code in the game can only be accessed by the creator LM and cannot be replicated by some1 obtaining the game. this way another company who wana steal the ideas have to make their own code if they want to improve on the game and make a profit out of it.

This is just a preliminary figures...but i think theyd b aite

ODI

Batting

5 points per run. (Runs = 100 = 500 points)

2 x SR = points (SR = 100 = 200 points)

Top score in innings = 200 points

Top scorer in match: +200 MORE points

Fielding

Catch = 50 points

2 catches = 100 points

3 catches = 400 points

4 catches = 450 points

5 catches = 550 points

6 catches = 650 points

1 dropped catch = -150 points

2 dropped catches = -300 points

3 dropped catches = -450 points...etc...

Run out = 100 points

2 run outs = 300 points

3 run outs = 350 points

4 run outs = 400 points

Stumping = 150 points

2 stumpings = 300 points

3 stumpings = 450 points

4 stumpings = 500 points

5 stumpings = 550 points

6 stumpings = 600 points

Bowling

1 wicket = 75 points

5 wickets = 450 points

6 wickets = 525 points

...etc...

Top wicket taker in innings = 200 points

Top wicket taker in match: +200 MORE points

Econ = -10econ points

I dont think catches, run outs and stumpings should get so many points exept for wickies. I've never seen a MOM given on having a good day in the field, apart from that though it all looks good. What about having a bonus if they pass mileestones like 5 wicket haul, 10 wicket haul, centuries, half centuries etc

2 x SR = points (SR = 100 = 200 points)

Top score in innings = 200 points

Top scorer in match: +200 MORE points

Fielding

WK

Stumping = 150 points

2 stumpings = 300 points

3 stumpings = 450 points

4 stumpings = 500 points

5 stumpings = 550 points

6 stumpings = 600 points

Catch = 35 points

2 catches = 75 points etc


Outfield

Catch = 15 points

2 catches = 30 points

3 catches = 65 points etc

1 dropped catch = -20 points

2 dropped catches = -50 points

3 dropped catches = -90 points...etc... (Take off 10 more than previous)

Run out = 50 points

2 run outs = 150points

3 run outs = 250 points

4 run outs = 350 points

A new thread is better idea.

Also if someone gets 6 wickets he should be the man of the match. unless someone made 200+ runs,
5 wicket haul is like making 100+ runs, while 6 wicket haul is like making 200 runs

Also keep in mind pitch conditions, on a batting pitch, even 4 wicket haul is enough to get man of the match.

Ok, I'll create a new thread simply because so many factors go into choosing man of the match...

And, if your playing a friend...and you create a team with urself in, its really good to get man of the match

1.what will the game be realesed as???eg.cd,download or what??
2.Any idea when it will come out??
3.anything i could do to help??i know nothing about making games or stuff but if i could i'd love to help.
