No idea. All I know is that it's available in Mumbai.

Why don't you purchase a USB modem. I use Vodafone 3G USB stick and get unlimited data transfer with a speed of about 7-10 MBPS for just Rs. 500/m (Rs. 2,999/6m)

You think i wouldn't have gone for it? It isn't here yet, Most likely will be here in May.

It's in my Uni. We get such high speeds sometimes, like on Sundays when the net traffic is minimal.
I downloaded Ubuntu in seconds. The problem is, we get super speeds from aussie servers, but when it comes to US and other parts of the world, it becomes a miniscule of itself.
