Starc has been unbelievably erratic so far. Such a huge difference from someone like Siddle who rarely bowled a bad delivery.

I have never rated him as a test bowler. Yes, he has pace and he has a decent in swinger but it's no. good if he can nail one of ten deliveries at this level. Siddle and Hazlewood are just made for English conditions. Been saying this since test 1.

Joe Root is just not on the same level as Kohli, Williamson or Smith! This is a perfect example of mind over matter. Smith has no technique, Root does but this shows that technique is overrated and that if your mind is in it, anything is achievable.

Roy gone now, he’s not a test player. He isn’t. An absolute ridiculous selection and even more ridiculous that they keep selecting him. We’re done for now, absolutely no chance.
