Come on!!!!!

Never seen a team rely THIS much on one player, absolutely ridiculous.

One significant, match-winning score from a left hander in 4 test matches. That being 5 left handers used as well. None of them have been able to play Broad,Woakes or Archer well.

Four sessions to go. This isnt done and dusted yet. Aussies still 100 short of feeling comfortable and they would hope to bowl at England tonight already I imagine....[DOUBLEPOST=1567869142][/DOUBLEPOST]If we can get away with a draw here it would certainly feel like a victory[DOUBLEPOST=1567869246][/DOUBLEPOST]Taking wickets is fine but strangling the runs is important too: make them fight for every ball. Every ball they face is one more we dont have to.

Totally agree, take Smith out of this Australian side, and they are distinctly average.

Patterson’s controversial exclusion is looking more and more ridiculous with each passing day.

Warner looks absolutely cooked versus Broad. A shame that his would be replacement in Bancroft has huge technical issues versus the in-swinger too.

Bancroft has issues with both in-swing and out-swing. Right now the only thing you get out of Bancroft is an excellent short-leg fielder

And a mediocre yoga teacher
And an inept woodworker.....[DOUBLEPOST=1567871663][/DOUBLEPOST]What has the inclusion of Overton brought to the team that Woakes didn't have? Anyone?

Very true. it really is a weird one to be honest.
I can only think that Woakes' fancy sports bra has reported that he's close to the red zone. One of the reasons I think Stokes bowled such a long spell at Headingley could have been because the bowlers had little time to rest because of the batting in the first innings.
