The first game & win always boost's our confidence . Murtagh & Gabriel bowled . I think everybody forgot that he is a good player . JJ Smuts was great , he continued the start from Proter .

It was a pleasing win. Good to see Powar picking up 4 and Mooney doing really well opening the bowling. Our batting which has always been a worry finally clicked and two guys I dearly wanted to score actually did. Hossain and Morgan are two personal favorites so, it's nice to see them scoring runs. NOB has been a revelation for us right from the beginning of the TRIPL.

Our bowlers did well to restrict Malahide to a below par 149 in a 30-over match. After that, it was well played by the aggressors Snyman and Ackland who were a good foil for Nieuwoudt the anchor. BTW, this was a lucky escape for us as I somehow thought it to be our second warm-up and didn't use our strongest lineup .
