Oh please, we Indians ourselves say bad about our nation and then expect others not to do so. The place where I live in Mumbai has no power cuts, never. There might just be one or two in a year, but even that is very rare.What' so in that. It's India

On the other hand, most of the people who live in areas which have frequent power cuts have inverters installed. Now-a-days the builders themselves provide those and so the problem is solved to quite an extent.
I think you need to lighten up.
Just like all those part of India that are constantly in darkness due to the power cuts.
