So, what is the second division for? Gibraltor finished top of that. And yes, sorry mis-understood on the Scotland thing, they went on tour to Scotland last summer
The second division is just a second division championship. The top 4 associates are so far ahead, there hasn't been any need to integrate the qualifying process.
