BRAVO FALLS

The Aussies have continued their good form by taking the wicket of Bravo. Lee again was the bowler as the Windies now seem to be in a small collapse. Bravo received the perfect ball, Lee bowled in just ouside off and swung it away late. This was too good for Bravo as he nicked it to Hayden at slip. The in form wicket keeper Ramdin is in next.

X.Marshall 29*
D.Ramdin 0*
WIN: 235/5

MARSHALL GONE

The Windies have lost their 6th wicket as they look to score more runs. Glenn McGrath finally broke through with the wicket of Marshall. McGrath bowled a slightly shorter ball which Marshall attempted to whack out of the ground but could only find Symonds at deep cover.

WINDIES POST GOOD TOTAL

For the first time on the tour the West Indians have posted over 300. They have batted themselves into a strong position with a lead of over 200. Ramdin was the star of the lower order. He made a good fighting 50 while he was supported well by Marshall (49). The Windies now need to have a great few days of bowling to win the match.

7 Wickets for lee, easily was the best bowler in the innings

Good bowling from Lee. Should be a close match but I'm backing the Aussies to win here

Yet another smacking innings by the King! Lara, Hussey and Lee have been the consistent performers in this series.

WINDIES CLAIM EARLY WICKET

The West Indians have had the ideal start after removing Matt Hayden for 6. Lawson tempted Hayden into a cutshot which he inside edged onto his stumps. The Aussies now need to stabilize their innings with a partnership between JL and Punter.

J.Langer 1*
R.Ponting 0*

LUNCH DAY 4

J.Langer 5*
R.Ponting 2*
AUS: 1/14

Aus need 256 runs

J.Lawson 1/9 (2)
T.Best 0/4 (1)

Summary: The Windies will be happy with the early wicket of Hayden but need to break this partnership before it gets out of hand for their bowlers.

PONTING OUT

The Aussie captain has again failed after a good start. Ponting was tempted into sweeping a wideish delivery, The turn of the ball was too much for Ponting who top edged it straight to Marshall at mid wicket. Ponting has had a dissapointing series and will be looking forward to the ODI's.

J.Langer 44*

AUS: 2/93

J.Lawson 1/32 (5)
T.Best 0/14 (3)

MARTYN FALLS SHORT

Damien Martyn has had a horror run infront of his home crowd, he was dismissed for a duck in the first innings and has now been runout for 3. Langer flicked the ball off his pads and looked for a quick single. Unfortunately there probaly wasn't one their and Martyn was caught out of his crease.

J.Langer 46*
