Snicko and hot spot are deemed too unreliable to be used in the referral process. I am sure they will change their mind on hot spot at least.

They used hot spot. I think Snicko just takes too long to set up or something, so it's never ready in time, even if they wanted to use it.

The review system was brought into cricket to rid the game of shocking calls, not to give the batsmen even more of an advantage.
