It would be a lifetime opportunity for Babar Azam to play as Younis is injured. This will also test as him being a future replacement for Younis/Misbah. I have a great soft corner for Ahmed Shahzad due to his amazing test performances and record. He deserved to play in place of Hafeez.

Ahmed Shahzad is far better player than hafeez but I checked his last interview. He has got some attitude but as long as he performs for country and the attitude didn't counter play in his performance that can be okay. Test squad looks good for 1st test. Shan Masood or Shahzad may get a chance in the upcoming tests.
