They won't. They've said that the ICC market isn't as big as the FIFA market, rightly so. And most of the users end up pirating the game, so it's not a wise business move from their side.
They can use Denuvo they always use it for FIFA.

it came out yestaday and its a great game, Online is currently not working so that kinda sucks but there are alot of offline things so it will keep me busy until online get fix.
