PlanetCricket leapfrogged Zimbabwe in the last game of the t20 courtesy of a comprehensive 76-run victory at the Gymkhana Club Ground, Nairobi. Jones was the star of the show for the hosts, posting career-best 20-over figures of 5-20. Jones took a wicket in each of his four overs as Zimbabwe failed to chase down an imposing target of 188, eventually finishing some way short on 76. The seamer had Chigumbura caught by Sufi at long-on, before Gurupur produced an excellent diving catch to account for Mpofu.
Malcolm Waller edged Plunkett to Chiyyodu to depart for 16 and then picked up the wickets of Vitori and Ervine to claim his first five-wicket haul in the t20 format. Dipak, who scored a rapid unbeaten 21 from 9 balls with the bat, completed a memorable evening's work when he took a the which of Price who was clean bowled as Zimbabwe briefly threatened a recovery. As it was, the visitors were never in the game once Jones struck repeatedly lately, and PlanetCricket enjoyed their most comfortable t20 victory to end the series 4-0.
Batting first after losing the toss, PlanetCricket compiled their fourth-highest total in this format, with Zimbabwe seamer Vitori coming in for particular punishment. Mpofu manage to grab three wickets, in the first five overs removing the first three batsman. But the forth-wicket yielded 109 runs. Singh thumped elven fours and two sixes en route to 76 from 49 balls before holing out to Jarvis, while Dipak and wicket-keeper Iyyengar plundered 31 runs from the last two over of the innings.
