This is pretty concerning stuff, if the Windies are doing this to us just imagine what India is capable of. A bit unsure about McClenaghan really, I'm a fan of his but he just doesn't offer any control whatsoever. Surely Boult needs to be considered soon, because he'll have to play in the world cup won't he?
From what I understand he's pretty much been told to go out there and take wickets, so days like that are going to happen to him every now and then, the more concerning thing imo is that everyone else went for over six an over as well.
I'd prefer Boult over Milne because I think Milne is just too raw, but I'm happy with the current first choice group. I guess we'll learn more during the Indian series.
Also McCullum made a few big mistakes, like why did Mills bowl 3rd change when he's been one of the best new ball ODI bowlers for the last decade, and why did Southee only bowl one of the last 10 overs when he's our best death bowler? Not to mention the toss.
Batting wise I don't think we can read too much into that performance, because 7.25 runs an over for 50 overs is just too much to get. I'm a fan of bowling first because it's easier to lose the game batting first than it is bowling first, but that was a case of our bowlers just completely letting us down.
