Don Bradman Cricket 14 - Issues and Anomalies after patch 2 [PS3/360]

Issue: Freezing when trying to load career file
Notes: Now i have just installed the patch and begun playing a new career mode and this has happend twice to me now. What happens is usually after a match or nets practice after returning to the menus the game tries to load the career file bit then freezes and the only way to get out of it is to reset the xbox 360. It doesnt happen every single time but this has happened to me 3 times now since yesterday and i think its pretty serious

Prior to patch 2 I had never been caught off a pull and I was doing pretty well as a batsmen, now everything goes in the air and I am constantly caught at square leg. It is kind of frustrating.

are you doing the front foot pull shot ?

i have noticed that if you play front foot pull shot it does go in the air and if you play the back foot pull shot and time it well it doesnt go in the air .

but playing back foot and timing it well is like one time lucky for me .

Cricket 14 bowling issues

I installed the latest patch for the Don Bradman Cricket 14 on PS3 today. The game has gotten stuck couple of times now. When bowling the batsman is caught behind in slips and he is given out but keeps standing there and all the fielding team gathers together and nothing happens, they keep standing there. I quit the game and restarted and went through the same thing second time. Anyone seeing the same issue?

So just on this fielders gathering in the middle, play not continuing issue.

We have identified it, we found it not long after Patch 2 submission and it's been fixed in the PC version since release.

The issue was surrounding the player appealing at the same time as the ball is edged and caught from the keeper (specifically the issue is when the ball is caught by the keeper and the system is calculating that there has been a fall of wicket and what to do from there).

So the temporary fix from our point of view, is to slightly delay your appeals to JUST after the keeper has taken the ball. You will still have enough time to appeal and it will cause this issue to not be seen or be a lot less visible then.

pull/cut goes in air if it is front or back foot shot unless you press both triggers.
its ok with medium pacers they are slow enough to adjust but with 130+ kph bowlers its unplayable.

Description of Issue: Bowler (Human) automatically changes his bowling side (from around to over the wicket and vice versa) after 3 or 4 balls.

Get Best: No but all teams updated from academy
Description of Issue: On completion of match game hangs when saving. Need to reboot Xbox and game is lost. Happened a few times now, I can't seem to get past the first game of my career.

Ditto for me.

My career save is pre-patch, but since patch 2 the above is happening to me. No problems during the match but on completion of the match the game crashes on saving. I then have to reboot my Xbox and the game has not been saved.

Really hope that this can be sorted.

I just went to save and exit a casual t20 match and the game just froze will saving. i can't save a game at all and is very frustration. never had this until after patch update @BigAntStudios. but other than that the game is much better thanks, im on xbox 360

Over Count (Match Overs + When Occured): Completion of match and Save and Exit
Ground: London
Teams: Essex and England/India
Get Best: Yes.
Description of Issue: When saving and exiting or on completion of the game, game crashes when saving, meaning I lose everything. Out of 5 attempts, I have only saved and exited once succesfully. On the XBox 360.

i haven't been able to save a single game since the update, its a real shame cause otherwise the patch is great
