I got a Virtual Reality update for the Nvidea drivers today. After the update I tried playing DBC and the game seems to skip frames and is almost unplayable. Other games on the machine are working fine. Is anyone facing a similar problem. @MattW

I just opened up the game today and it has started crashing whenever I open the page that lets you choose what team you want to be for the game and the team manager screen, it is fine when i scroll through the different lists but as soon as I get to the all teams or international page the game crashes. Right before thus started happening I downloaded an Oman team from the academy but I can't delete them or anything because I can't get to the page.

Greetings, I just bought the game a few days ago and I am enjoying it so far. I like to play broadcast view for batting and bowling but I've noticed as the bowler gets closer to the end of his delivery the lighting becomes dim. It looks lovely from the start of the run up but becomes dim when he's closer to the crease, anyone know whats up with this as it is rather annoying and ruins the look of the game a bit!

Not happened to me but i can't remember the last time i played a casual match.

are you able to select teams if you set up a competition?

No I can't I can play with the randomly selected teams but everytime I press replace the game crashes. When selecting a team to play with in casual matches I can actually scroll through my team lists and select from some teams but whenever I get to 'All' or 'International' it crashes which rules out most of the teams.​

Strange, never had that problem. Try reinstalling or sending your game profile to Matt or HBK

Hey there again, I have another issue with the game. The runner graphic thing that shows the batsmen running at the bottom of the screen has just gone. All I'm left with is the "WK" tag but no graphic to show where my batsmen are whilst running.

This has happened for CPU and me. I tried to start a new game thinking maybe my save game file was corrupt but it didn't fix anything. Anyone know whats up?

Thats because of reduced graphics..I dont remember what feature but that one need to be turned on to get the running HUD up and running..

Thanks man and that makes sense as I reduced the extra options in my gfx because I was having some graphical issue (when bowler got near crease the lighting would go a bit dim) and I didn't know what graphic option it was so I turned everything off lol!

Hi members,

Looks like today's steam update has messed up DBC 14 as whenever i click on the desktop shortcut or Launch game from within Steam client it shows "Preparing to Launch Don Bradman Cricket 14" and then goes back to the desktop.

I tried reinstalling steam and redownloading the game and also renaming ClientRegistry.blob file in Steam folder but it doesn't work.

Anyone else experiencing this problem today??

Match Type: T20
Over Count (Match Overs + When Occured): Form Ball 1 but the 2nd game of the competition.
Ground: Sussex
Teams: New Zealand 99 vs South Africa 99 created by me.

Description of Issue: I am currently trying to recreate the 1999 CWC using my 99 kits and reduced skills rosters. I played the first game with SA vs India and it was fine. After saving and exiting the competition, I later returned and in Game 2 the kits had reverted back to the default academy kits. I exited, saved and tried everything but now all the kits of all the teams are defaulted in game.

In the academy they are still set as my created kits and I tried a Casual game and they are fine.

@MattW Any idea why this is happening now? It has never happened before yesterday and I saw it happened with someone else as well.

I've had this problem, too. I have a 7850 and up to the 15.7.1 driver I have never had this issue. Every driver since that has given me this issue, something to do with Crimson possibly. Do you have an amd gpu as well by any chance?

I figured out which in game effect is causing that by process of elimination and it turns out it's the bloom effect. But after playing so many hours with it turned on, it kinda looks a bit weird without it.
