Bart King; The Greatest American to play cricket. No stats in South Africa (that I could find), but his overall stats make him a gimme for a Test side, especially if he is being picked as a wild card - which he is in this instance. Also allows me to fill out a spot for the regions without exhausting some of the major spots left.
