TRUE! He sucks off late. And this for an experienced player of the shorter format like him is just sick.

I am just sick you bringing the IPL/Lalit Modi/and BCCI into every single argument. You suggested that Indian cricket needed an overhaul, would soon become like Pakistan or WI when we are clearly a cricketing stronghold in formats that matter most (I don't even watch the WT20).
So are india out or not then?
Sehwag doesn't struggle against short balls in T20 though. He has his ways of getting out of that. He has that Sachin like uppercut over the keepers and recently I've seen him move slightly wide of the wicket and cut the rising ball instead of pulling it.The problem with guys like Gambhir and Sehwag is that, they have all the time to leave the short balls in test or ODI cricket and they dont need to take ungainly risks. So they play such balls better in that format. But in T20, they are forced to go after the bowling and keep the scoring rate high enough. So Gambhir played the short balls very poorly in both games. Gambhir has a serious problem. He is so vulnerable to run outs (doesnt put in the dive, doesnt ground his bat properly), cant bat well if his opening partner is not Virender Sehwag, etc. How can we live around with a guy like this? Its like "Give him this, this and this and I will play well for you".
Ok, Rohit, just you then considering everyone else has agreed with what I said. But then again if anyone puts a slight on India you take it as a personal insult. India were pretty poor throughout this tournament and if you are totally unbias India have built their way to number 1 in test cricket by barely playing outside the sub-continent in recent years. Anyway who is going on about test cricket here, this is the 20/20 world cup or did your eyes cloud over and forget where you were when you saw India come under attack? :sarcasm
India have been rubbish in 20/20 World Cup's since the first one and ironically enough that coincides with the beginning of the IPL.
Classic Rohit though slagging off England when they weren't even mentioned. Nice to see such responsible, mature moderator's these days who can keep to the topic's discussion.....
Cricinfo said:If Sri Lanka win the next match, India will be out even before they go into their last game. If Australia win, India will stay alive, but will have to beat Sri Lanka on Tuesday and then hope that Australia beat West Indies, and also hope that their run-rate is ahead of WI's. And West Indies, by the way, will be playing the second game

And just to lighten the atmosphere a bit...
Technically, we still have a chance of making it to the semis. Lawl!
