If anyone wants to be a player not in the c2005 england squad like Tremlett or Hildreth etc,remove one of the retired players like thorpe or butcher and put in that player and then post in the roster.I hope you all understood that.

Also decided to have 2 staff members in every dept like manager and assisstant manager,2 selectors,2 pyschologists,2 coaches(they will basically help the players know what they are doing wrong etc).

you have to basically play his role i.e decide his attitude and his level of attack.
