A Patel is slowly but steadily building up a good reputation. He was tidy with the ball in last IPL. Thats not much praise but in T20 being Tidy is enough, not too many can claim to have that said about them. That he can come in towards the end and hit a few is a definite add on fot T20. Next IPL for him would be huge. I am not saying put him in the Test side of anything, but he is definitely someone to watch out for. Ashwin followed a similar route, and went from being a good IPL bowler to playing Test Cricket.

Long way to go for Patel still, but definitely promise, atleast for limited overs cricket. Next IPL for him is big.

I think Ind-Pak politicians can take a leaf out of this match. Its taking Ind-Pak friendship to new heights. I won't catch you, I won't catch you either, even if I have to take a hit to the face with the ball and a cut. True to th spirit Gambhir reciprocates the gesture the very next delivery. It was great of you not to catch the delivery, but it would be unbecoming of me if I don't reciprocate the gesture, so I will promptly play down the wrong line and get bowled.

I was looking forward to a heated match in the true Indo-Pak heated spirit and style, but the way this match is going, both sides - get a room
