Even though he turned out to be Jeevan Mendis and not Ajanta Mendis as I thought he was, I have been impressed by his bowling. Has shown excellent control and confidence to flight the ball, and good variations.

I doubt Rohit can be a Sehwag, ever. He has been around for 6 years, and what Sehwag did in the first 6 years of his career is far far above what Rohit has.

I am not Rohit's biggest fan, but even so, in comparing him to Sehwag, or even thinking that he could do a Sehwag and be in the same league as him, is just setting the bar too high for him. Even his biggest fans will find it hard to agree with you on that.
