Anureet Singh did just what I usually did in Cricket 07 before .When you want the opposition to not score of you ,bowl it full on leg with protection.Its effective in death overs when you could afford singles.Of course you have to be precise with your line and length always though.

Good point. His cricinfo page shows both SRH and KXI, but his wikipedia page never mentions being ever being bought by SRH. This is what it says -

So just when did he play for SRH I have no idea. Perhaps after Tuskers went under he went to SRH. Anyway for IPL 7 and post, he is a KXI player. So that kinda answers the question.

CLT20 is a new tournament so that it is still searching for identity is not a surprise. Having said that, while it should ideally be the biggest tournament in T20s, I doubt it will ever get to that status.
