Request to Abhinav: Quite a few of us play the game on "Low" Graphic Details which forces "Crowd" to off. Would it be somehow possible to enable Crowd/Atmosphere sounds for people who play on Low settings ?

As for as i know it is one of the 3d model file, which can be opened in 3ds max.

I have extracted the WII ISO file and after decrypting it can see the complete file structure.

Would this be any use to help the PC cracking?

EDIT found the teams file, also in an XML file and should be easy to use to have real player names on the Wii version. A sample below:

Doubt it, the Wii version is using BLIC 07 as a base, and the other versions are essentially from scratch, so the file layout and formats would be unrelated.
 
Yeah, the roster for Wii looks exactly like it was in BLIC, because in 07 the roster file had both, the fake names and the real names so it was easy to patch them.

Guys I am just asking, have any one of our members started work on doing a patch for the game which will result in fixing runout bug, Test AI batting bug etc,…. Please say yes

New bat sounds would be good (especially striking ones, defensive ones are not too bad.)

Crowd chants, if possible

And one last slightly nit-picky one: When the bowler releases the ball, you get this woosh sound. Replace that with a sound of the bowler's delivery stride; might as well do it if it can be done, eh?

Make edges sound like edges.

tbh PCs will get a huge benefit,i tested the Text mod,looking like the game is editable in every graphical aspect( sky to stumps,pitchad:))
 
If somebody edits the AI batting for the PS3 I'm gonna love them forever!

Good stuff. Do we know anything about the sound yet? Even if we could just turn sounds up or down, it'd do me, that way we can get rid of the stupid bounce sound and make the appeals loud like they should be!
